When you upload a flight log, we parse it, compute flight statistics, derive a regional wind reference, and generate a trajectory image and a PDF report.
· Your original uploaded log is processed in a temporary file and deleted immediately after processing — it is never kept.
· Generated images and PDF reports are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
· If you opt in to sharing, only a de-identified version may be kept for up to 30 days: relative trajectory (metres from the first point), elapsed time, altitude, speed and heading. Raw GPS coordinates and absolute UTC timestamps are removed.
We do not retain your original filename, name, email, phone number or postal address. We do not store your IP address with your flight data.
Sharing de-identified data is off by default and requires an explicit opt-in checkbox. You can request deletion of any shared data at any time.
Wind information is a regional historical weather reference (Open-Meteo / NASA POWER), not a local real-time measurement.
